PadelSport Global is an independent information and community initiative. We want the joy and connecting power of padel to serve wider social participation.
Sport connects us. Values guide us.
Padel and social values are the two equal pillars of PadelSport Global. We connect the joy of the game with a commitment to inclusion, equal opportunity, health, education, sustainability and peaceful cooperation.
FIP
SPORT AND PADEL
For padel, with respect for FIP’s role.
FIP is padel’s international governing body. We do not seek to take over its role: our aim is to introduce the sport to wider audiences and show its power to build community.

Our social purpose is to advance equal opportunity, inclusion and participation. Values also championed by the UN inspire us to give less visible countries and communities a place in the world’s story.

FIP is the world governing body of padel. Our network is not a sports federation, does not set official competition rules or rankings, and does not seek to take over the authority of FIP or national federations. Through information, we aim to help people discover the sport and become interested in taking part. We direct visitors to federation sources for official sporting information.
We want padel to become an accessible community sport that more people can discover. We also value the aspiration to include padel in the Olympic Games, which FIP states among its own goals. This is our aspiration in principle: we claim no official Olympic role, mandate or guaranteed inclusion.
We want to talk about more than results and competitions: how sport can contribute to health, education, equal opportunity and social inclusion. We intend to give particular attention to less visible places and communities facing barriers to participation. Through sport, we aim to create connections and opportunities for cooperation; we present delivered social outcomes only after verifiable implementation.
Local discovery, tourism and future services can also support the network’s sustainable operation. Revenue is not an end in itself: human dignity, inclusion and responsible operation guide our social direction. Specific commitments and results will be described when established and verifiably delivered.
An independent initiative, with clear roles.
This page presents PadelSport Global’s own goals. Links to the official FIP and UN websites are provided for information; they do not imply a mandate, institutional representation or endorsement. Any future cooperation will be described only after it exists and its terms have been agreed.
Sport creates shared experiences, starts conversations and can bring distant communities closer together. Alongside the matches, it is worth paying attention to the people and the world around the game.
